Overview
- Lead and manage AI initiatives and innovation programs across banking functions.
- Identify AI/GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.
- Coordinate with business teams, Data Scientists, architects, and vendors for AI solution implementation.
- Define project scope, roadmap, timelines, governance, and delivery plans.
- Evaluate feasibility, business impact, ROI, and risks of AI initiatives.
- Drive AI adoption and digital transformation across departments.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
- Prepare management presentations, status reports, and steering committee updates.
- Support implementation of initiatives related to:
- Generative AI
- Intelligent Automation
- Fraud Detection
- Customer Analytics
- Predictive Analytics
• AI-based Decision Systems
- Work with PMO teams for governance and project tracking.
- Coordinate UAT, change management, deployment, and post-production support.
Preferred Technical Exposure
- Generative AI & LLM initiatives
• Power BI / Tableau
- Python / SQL understanding
- Automation platforms (RPA)
- AI-enabled customer engagement platforms
