Compensation

- The indicative compensation range is $130,000-$200,000 USD equivalent, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and strategy for AI-powered product areas.
- Partner with ML engineers on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Define success metrics that capture quality and business impact.
- Run user research to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Coordinate launches, including responsible AI considerations and rollout plans.
- Communicate AI capabilities and limitations clearly to internal and external audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Have at least 4 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year on AI or ML products.
- Have a strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and AI evaluations.
- Demonstrate excellent written communication through PRDs and strategic narratives.
- Be familiar with product analytics tools and experimentation.
- Be comfortable with technical depth and engaging with ML teams.
- Bring curiosity about model behavior and failure modes, rigor in following guidelines, and comfort flagging ambiguity early.
- Be comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
