Own AI-powered product areas end to end at the intersection of model capabilities, user experience, and business value.

Location and Employment
- The role is fully remote with flexible work hours.
- The employment type is full-time.
Compensation
- Indicative compensation is CAD 130,000 to CAD 200,000, plus benefits.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and strategy for AI-powered product areas.
- Partner with ML engineers on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Define success metrics for quality and business impact.
- Run user research to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Coordinate launches, responsible AI considerations, and rollout plans.
- Communicate AI capabilities and limitations to internal and external audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year on AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluations.
- Excellent written communication, including PRDs and strategic narratives.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation.
- Ability to engage with ML teams at a technical level.
- Curiosity about model behavior and failure modes.
- Rigor in following guidelines and flagging ambiguity early.
- Ability to document findings clearly.
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
