As AI Product Expert for Utilities you will work with customers, identify high‑impact AI use cases in their SAP landscape, and build end‑to‑end solutions in close collaboration with multiple roles at SAP within product & engineering and customer services & delivery.

You are able to translate business challenges into clear technical designs and deliver end‑to‑end, production‑ready solutions.

You are confident working directly with customers, leading discovery sessions, delivering demos, and explaining technical trade‑offs in business terms.

You are comfortable operating in a forward‑deployed role, taking ownership, collaborating closely with global teams, and staying motivated by creating real, measurable impact for customers.

You will be part of a growing AI and industry expert team dedicated to serving customers across United Arab Emirates.
