Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, enterprise content management, or identity), cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Arabic and English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience interfacing directly with core product or engineering organizations on infrastructure or AI/ML deployments, technical delivery strategies, and debugging systems.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape proposals for long-term adoption, and validate engagement requests.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues using code-level context, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot deployment blockers and translate field feedback into actionable feature requests.
- Guide implementation strategy and own the technical reality of delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
