Valnet is looking for an AI Operations Analyst to join our team and help build the next generation of our lead generation operation.

You will combine AI, automation, data, and business strategy to build a scalable lead generation pipeline and identify what drives revenue.

You will build AI agents, automate workflows, connect lead generation data with our revenue platforms, and create feedback loops that show us which channels, leads, and strategies actually generate results.

This is a build-and-ship role. You will identify opportunities, build the solution, launch it, measure the impact, and scale what works.

0-5 years of experience in AI, growth, lead generation, analytics, automation, operations, or a related field

AI-native mindset with strong hands-on experience using modern AI tools

Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation

Strong business acumen and understanding of how lead generation connects to conversion and revenue

Proven ability to build, test, and deploy AI or automation solutions

Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable business insights

Experience working with APIs, CRMs, revenue platforms, SQL, Python, spreadsheets, automation tools, or BI platforms is a strong asset

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things out independently

Highly curious, experimental, and constantly looking for new growth opportunities

Strong bias toward execution and measurable business results

Experience in lead generation, digital media, performance marketing, or revenue operations is a strong plus - but not required
