Responsibilities and performance goals
- Develop and deploy machine-learning models reliably.
- Improve model accuracy and performance.
- Build scalable data and training pipelines.
- Own MLOps monitoring and continuous delivery.
- Deliver AI solutions that meet business KPIs.
Required qualifications
- 4–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
- Proven experience deploying machine-learning models to production.
- Strong background in Python and machine-learning frameworks.
- Experience with data pipelines and feature engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Skills and technologies
- Python, machine learning, and deep learning.
- PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- SQL and data modeling.
- MLOps, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Model monitoring and evaluation.
- Problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
