About the role
- Past projects you would have led:
- Building AI Autonomous Agentic production-ready framework
- Optimizing the latency of complex database queries in SQL DB or Elastic
- Adding Redis queues and a worker container to our stack to execute async tasks
- Come up with a new architecture for our ingestion pipeline with the goal to increase throughput and cut cost
- Building SDKs or APIs with high focus on DX
Requirements
- You should be familiar with a majority of these but we trust that you can pick up a new tech stack quickly.
- AI Agents frameworks - Agno, CrewAI, Langchain
- Backend in Java Spring, Python FastAPI / Flask / Django
• Elastic, Mongo, MySQL, Redis, S3
- Kafka
- Frontend in React Typescript
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance of highly reliable and scaling infrastructure as well as building AI Agents scalable and production-ready solutions (with context engineering, evals, monitoring)
- Strong leadership skills
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development
- Enthusiastic about leveraging AI in product development
- Hard worker and thrive working and leading a small and accountable team
- Previous startup or founding experience
