The work will support community banks, mortgage institutions, and insurance organizations.
The role involves shaping a flexible, modern architecture with an accomplished executive team.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Implement enterprise-scale data pipelines for financial and regulatory documents.
- Add automated data quality checks and monitoring to document-processing pipelines.

- Embed regulatory considerations into every product feature through compliance-first design.
What We’re Looking For
- Bring 3–5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience and production deployment experience at scale.
- Have strong backend Python skills and expertise with machine learning frameworks.
- Have familiarity with data pipeline tools such as Airflow, Spark, or Kafka and orchestration tools such as n8n or LangGraph.
- Bring enterprise AI experience in chatbots, workflow automation, RAG pipelines, or intelligent document processing.
- Understand regulated industries such as financial services or insurance and compliance-aligned model design.
- Be comfortable influencing technical direction in a lean, high-performing team.
- Adapt effectively to startup-like environments with flexible, evolving technology stacks.
Workplace
- This is a fully remote position.
- Candidates must be based in regions aligned with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones.
Salary
- The annual salary range is stated as CACAD 70,000 to CACAD 200,000.
- Final compensation depends on qualifications, expertise, experience, and role scope.

- Benefits include flexible working hours, health insurance for T4 employees, professional development funding, 15 days of annual paid time off, and soft-skill development courses.
Position Details
- This is a full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Applications are accepted until September 6, 2026.
