AI Engineer (Manager level)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop Python applications aligned with application, enterprise, and security architecture policies.
• Collaborate on architectural designs and document concepts and solutions for stakeholders.
• Apply Agile software development and DevOps practices to maintainable, scalable applications.
• Further develop generative AI solutions and contribute to data science use cases.
• Identify emerging technologies and recommend methods, patterns, and approaches that improve product delivery.

Experience and qualifications

• Bring 6–7 years of total experience, including at least 3 years with the listed technologies.
• Demonstrate advanced Python proficiency, including multithreading, document processing, and packaging.
• Have experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, GPT models, vector search, Cognitive Search, Document Intelligence, and Azure queues.
• Have experience with deep learning, Natural Language Processing, machine learning, Databricks, and Spark.
• Hold a BSc or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Demonstrate strong software engineering, debugging, load testing, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
