AI Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
• Develop AI agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflow automation systems
• Build scalable internal AI platforms and tools
• Work directly with business leaders to identify operational inefficiencies and translate them into practical AI solutions
• Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy AI applications into production
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and internal platforms
• Develop AI workflows using modern orchestration and agent frameworks
• Contribute to AI architecture, engineering standards, and best practices
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify high-value applications for the business

Technical Experience

We are interested in engineers with strong experience across areas such as:

• Agentic AI systems
• LLM application development
• Multi-agent architectures
• AI orchestration frameworks
• Workflow automation
• RAG pipelines
• Python development
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Prompt engineering
• Vector databases
• API integrations
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• AI platform development
• Deploying AI applications into production environments

Bonus points for:

• Enterprise-scale AI implementation experience
• Building internal AI assistants or copilots
• AI governance and security awareness
• Experience across complex operational environments
