JOB DESCRIPTION

The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models to solve business problems and drive data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on building scalable machine learning solutions, performing data analysis, and optimizing model performance for real-world applications. The engineer will collaborate with data teams and stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into business systems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Build scalable ML pipelines and integrate models into applications
• Optimize model performance and ensure accuracy and reliability
• Work with large datasets for training and validation
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers for end-to-end solutions
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as required
• Implement best practices for model versioning and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML technologies and trends
• Document models, processes, and technical solutions

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience in data analysis and data preprocessing
• Knowledge of model deployment and MLOps concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

POTENTIAL BACKGROUND

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
• Exposure to enterprise AI use cases and data-driven solutions
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

CERTIFICATIONS (MANDATORY/PREFERRED)

• TensorFlow Developer Certification – Preferred
• Microsoft AI Engineer Associate – Preferred

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

• Arabic or Non-Arabic Speaker
