**AI Engineers (or Specialists)** design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems to solve real-world problems, often using tools like Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize AI/ML models (e.g., deep learning, neural networks) from data collection through deployment via APIs/microservices.
Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to integrate AI into apps/workflows; manage MLOps pipelines for retraining/monitoring.
Ensure models are accurate, scalable, secure, and ethical—handling data preprocessing, evaluation, and performance tuning.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Python/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data handling, cloud (AWS SageMaker/Azure), and 4+ years experience; strong problem-solving and communication needed.
