Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Build generative AI applications with LLMs; develop RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Fine-tune and evaluate machine-learning and deep-learning models.
• Integrate AI models into web and mobile applications through APIs.
• Create scalable data pipelines for model training and inference; monitor and retrain models as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions.
• Ensure AI systems meet security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
• Stay current with AI frameworks, research, and industry trends.

Required skills and experience

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn; knowledge of LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and embeddings; knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD; strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, and software development practices.
• At least 3 years of AI Engineering or AI experience.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• The posting lists 2–5+ years of AI/ML engineering or software development experience as a preferred qualification.
• MLOps tools, prompt engineering, AI agents, and model evaluation experience are preferred; computer vision or NLP familiarity is a plus.
