The company is expanding its engineering team after launching a new data and intelligence platform.
The role is available for junior and mid-level Data and AI Engineers.

The role
- Develop AI-powered products as part of a small engineering team.
- Support solutions for clients operating within financial services.
- Build applications, process and model data, and integrate AI services.
- Explore new technologies, experiment, and contribute ideas to the platform direction.
Mid-level requirements
- Approximately two years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Strong Python skills and experience with LLM APIs or AI tooling.
- Interest in AI product development.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.
Junior requirements
- Computer Science degree or similar technical background.
- Strong programming fundamentals and exposure to Python.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants.
Desirable skills
- RAG implementation experience.
- Data engineering experience and data modelling knowledge.
- Azure or Google Cloud exposure.
- Knowledge of financial services data.
Package
- Salary is £45,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
- The package includes a bonus scheme and share options.
- The employer offers learning and development opportunities.
Workplace
- Hybrid working in London is expected one to two days per week.
- The role involves working alongside experienced AI engineers and technical leaders.
