We are hiring an experienced
Head of Digital Workplace & End User Services
to lead workplace technology operations and end-user support services.
The role involves managing IT workplace support, end-user devices, asset lifecycle management, endpoint security, service delivery, and digital workplace initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workplace support and end-user device operations
- Manage incidents, service requests, and remote support activities
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle (inventory, deployment, refresh, retirement)
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance standards
- Monitor KPIs and improve service quality and user satisfaction
- Coordinate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
- Lead continuous improvement and workplace transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in IT workplace support / end-user services
- Experience with ITSM, endpoint management, and digital workplace environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
