Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled **AI Automation Specialist** to design, develop, and implement AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and streamline business operations.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in integrating AI tools with automation platforms to reduce manual work, enhance productivity, and optimize internal processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across business operations
- Integrate AI tools (such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, or similar) into daily business processes
- Build and manage automation systems using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n
- Automate repetitive tasks in marketing, operations, and administration
- Develop AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, content generation systems, and reporting automation
- Connect different platforms (CRM, email systems, websites, databases, etc.) using APIs and webhooks
- Improve and optimize existing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities
- Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and automated systems
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Familiarity with OpenAI API or other generative AI systems
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design efficient workflows
- Experience in digital operations, marketing automation, or business systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects
- Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
