AGM (Assistant General Manager ) Fairfield Inn by Marriott – Chester, VA

What you’ll do

• Partner with the General Manager to lead daily hotel operations.
• Support Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to keep the hotel guest-ready.
• Coach associates and reinforce service and performance expectations.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and follow-through.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, labor controls, and operational reporting.
• Uphold Marriott brand standards, cleanliness, and safety practices.
• Who should apply:
• Hotel leaders with supervisory or management experience, strong operational knowledge, and a track record of developing teams and delivering results. Marriott experience is preferred.
