Agentic AI Developer

We are looking for a skilled Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents leveraging modern AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Claude (Anthropic), along with a strong understanding of LLM-based application development and orchestration.

– Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution

– Build and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, integrating services like Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and orchestration tools

– Develop and optimize workflows using Claude and other LLMs for complex reasoning, multi-step task execution, and conversational AI

– Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and tool-use capabilities for enterprise use cases

– Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, APIs, and databases

– Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions in production environments

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions

– Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices

– 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, software development, or related fields

– Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI ecosystem

– Experience working with Claude (Anthropic) or similar LLMs (GPT, Gemini, etc.)

– Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar

– Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development

– Good understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning concepts, and RAG pipelines

– Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search)

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have:

– Experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks

– Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

– Exposure to enterprise automation, RPA, or workflow tools

– Prior experience working on real-world AI agent deployments
