Role Overview
The Agency Sales Expert is responsible for driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities across Bukhash Brothers’ services and offerings.
The role focuses on client acquisition, commercial growth, account expansion, and building a strong sales pipeline that contributes directly to the agency’s financial performance.
The ideal candidate must have prior agency experience and a strong understanding of creative, branding, production, social media, and marketing services.

Sales Growth
- Drive revenue growth across the agency’s services and offerings
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and clients
- Build a strong commercial pipeline
Commercial Strategy
- Support the agency’s commercial and growth objectives
- Identify market opportunities, emerging sectors, and potential revenue streams
Industry Positioning
- Build commercially valuable partnerships and collaborations
- Represent Bukhash Brothers at industry events, networking opportunities, and business meetings
- Identify opportunities that strengthen the agency’s visibility and positioning
