Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Affiliates Lead
to scale our affiliate program within the sweepstakes casino sector.
This is a senior commercial role focused on affiliate growth, strategic partnerships, acquisition performance, and revenue optimisation across multiple traffic channels and geographies.
You will lead the affiliate strategy end-to-end, managing high-value partnerships while building scalable acquisition frameworks that drive sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate has strong experience within iGaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or performance marketing environments and understands CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, player value optimisation, and affiliate compliance.
Affiliate Strategy & Growth
- Lead and execute the global affiliate marketing strategy across sweepstakes and social casino products
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners and media buyers
- Develop scalable acquisition strategies across SEO, PPC, streaming, influencer, email, and social traffic channels
- Expand affiliate presence across key international markets
Partner Management & Commercial Ownership
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with top-tier affiliates and strategic partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and tenancy deals
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise deals based on traffic quality, FTDs, retention, and ROI
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting for affiliate operations
- Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events, and affiliate meetings
Performance & Analytics
- Analyse affiliate KPIs including FTDs, NGR, LTV, CPA, ROI, retention, and conversion performance
- Work closely with BI and CRM teams to improve player quality and monetisation
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights
- Ensure affiliates are aligned with acquisition targets and profitability goals
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and scale the affiliate team as the business grows
- Collaborate with CRM, Compliance, Product, Payments, and Marketing teams to improve affiliate performance
- Establish operational processes, reporting structures, and best practices for affiliate management
- Support executive leadership with strategic insights and market opportunities
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all affiliate activity complies with sweepstakes, advertising, and responsible gaming regulations
- Monitor affiliate traffic quality and enforce brand compliance standards
- Manage fraud prevention initiatives related to affiliate traffic and player acquisition
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and driving significant acquisition growth
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience managing high-value affiliate partnerships
- Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, attribution, and affiliate tracking platforms
- Experience working with affiliate platforms and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Leadership experience managing affiliate teams or departments
- Existing network within the iGaming or sweepstakes affiliate industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
