Affiliate Lead - Digital Acquisition
in our office in
Dubai
The Affiliate Lead is responsible for growing and managing the affiliate channel to drive funded accounts and trading volume.
This role oversees the entire affiliate process — from recruiting and negotiating with partners to monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.
It is a key revenue role that requires strong commercial skills, performance marketing experience, and an understanding of working within regulated trading environments.
Affiliate Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Define and execute a scalable affiliate strategy aligned with overall revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and expand a diversified partner portfolio including affiliates, influencers and comparison platforms.
- Identify new acquisition opportunities, market segments, and partnership models to drive incremental growth.
- Develop and optimize CPA, RevShare, and commission frameworks based on LTV, margin targets, and market competitiveness.
Strategic Partner Acquisition & Management
- Proactively source, evaluate, and onboard high-value affiliate with strong revenue potential.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and incentive alignment to ensure mutually profitable partnerships.
- Establish long-term, performance-driven relationships with top-tier partners.
- Conduct structured business reviews and implement performance improvement plans where required.
Performance Optimization
- Own and manage core affiliate KPIs including FTDs, trading volume, CAC, LTV, ROI, and retention metrics.
- Analyze acquisition funnels and partner performance to identify optimization opportunities across conversion and trader quality.
- Continuously evaluate traffic sources to ensure alignment with profitability and brand standards.
- Drive ongoing testing of offers, landing pages, funnels, and promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Oversight
- Ensure all affiliate activities operate in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor traffic patterns and partner practices to detect fraud, incentivized traffic, misrepresentation, or brand misuse.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to mitigate operational and regulatory exposure.
Reporting, Forecasting & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Deliver structured daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Forecast channel performance, commission payouts, and budget allocation based on revenue projections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns, lifecycle initiatives, and promotional strategies.
- Provide strategic input into overall acquisition planning and revenue forecasting.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models, and LTV economics.
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, attribution tools).
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Tune/HasOffers, Impact, Everflow, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of trading products and trader lifecycle metrics.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated markets.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing within CFDs, FX, Online Trading, Crypto or iGaming.
- Proven experience scaling affiliate revenue in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong commercial negotiation experience.
