Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple brands, websites, markets or product categories.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking, attribution models and commission structures.
  • Proven success in growing affiliate revenue and improving commercial performance.
  • Confident using data and insights to drive decision-making and optimisation.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Awin.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of affiliate compliance, brand protection and traffic quality monitoring.
  • Experience across content partnerships, influencer affiliates, product feeds or wider performance marketing channels would be advantageous.
