Affiliate Creator Analytics Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start

About our team As part of the wider TikTok Shop UK Creator Operations team, the Affiliate Creator team is responsible for growing our mid-tier creators, a growing pool of affiliates who produce consistent e-Commerce content. The team grows and engages creators through our community channels, through targeted education, brand matchmaking/partnerships, content strategy, content merchandising and platform initiatives. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Leverage internal tools and systems to support creator operations, including outreach efforts and incentive configurations - Develop and execute Affiliate Program strategies aligned with business objectives, driving high-quality creator/content acquisition and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth through Affiliate services and platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the creator experience on TikTok; lead initiatives to foster creator growth, such as online/offline campaigns, brand collaborations, and product launches - Analyze and report on creator performance by evaluating content conversion metrics and generating actionable insights to improve creator commerce outcomes Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with individuals across diverse roles and backgrounds - Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities; adaptable within dynamic organizational environments - Proven experience working with content-driven platforms, with a solid understanding of platform ecosystems and creator dynamics Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience working in or with e-Commerce or tech platforms.
