AEM Solution Architect,

• A Business Intelligence is in charge of establishing data structures and business intelligence for an organization.
• Their responsibilities typically include designing systems and tools according to the client's needs, studying the feedback of clients, processing and analyzing extensive data, identifying areas needing improvement, and implementing solutions against problem areas.
• What will help you succeed:
• Leads collaboration with the clients and Globant Pods to thoroughly understand market needs and product requirements.
• Controls the representation of the product in the design and development process, ensuring product integrity throughout the product life cycle.
• Participation in pre sales and business development actively seeking new opportunities.
• Lead sound agile product management/ownership aspects and tasks such as vision, inception, product strategy, release plan, backlog management, agile requirements, life cycle management and change management.
• Serves as client advocate, providing expertise to technical and business audiences to help resolve client or team issues as well as highlighting risks.
• Coach and mentor, follow up, and feedback of team members.
• Leads thought leadership exercises and suggests opportunities for improvement.
• Negotiator: Creatively pursues and effectively presents win-win scenarios for client, multiple PODs and Globant.
