Business Analyst role requiring 8+ years of experience in business analysis and strong Adobe Experience Manager expertise.
The role focuses on content management, requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
Job Location
- The job location is Qatar.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Work with AEM Content Fragments, templates, content models, components, and authoring workflows.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
- Define content structure, workflows, approvals, publishing, versioning, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, UX/UI, developers, architects, QA, and content teams.
- Analyze processes, improve content operations, and optimize content.
- Manage backlogs, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and keep requirements development-ready.
- Coordinate UAT, manage changes and risks, and ensure AEM solutions meet business and quality requirements.
Skills and Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with Content Fragments, AEM templates, content models, components, and workflows.
- Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis, and business process analysis skills.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Strong Agile/Scrum, backlog management, stakeholder management, UAT, and business validation experience.
- Understanding of AEM integrations, APIs, and enterprise content management.
- Experience with CMS or digital experience platforms and enterprise web ecosystems is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
