NCR ATM Operations Consultant based in Qatar.
Requires 5+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 ATM incident analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support.
- Support ATM operations projects, incidents, and production issues.
- Assist with deployment of patches, releases, and production fixes following SIT/UAT.
- Analyze and share logs, findings, and incident details with NCR support teams.
- Complete assigned technical requests and operational tasks.
- Support day-to-day ATM network operations and monitoring.
Skills & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ATM operations/support.
- Hands-on experience with NCR ATM software and ATM networks.
- Knowledge of incident management, log analysis, patch/release deployment, and production support.
- Experience working with SIT/UAT and production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
