Role overview

EnerMech is a specialist services company providing integrated solutions for energy, infrastructure, industrial, and lifting projects.

The role leads the Lifting Solutions business line across assigned contracts in the Middle East.

Leadership and contract delivery

  • Lead a regional team and foster collaboration, customer focus, and operational excellence.
  • Own contract safety, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage contract P&L and take corrective action when required.
  • Maintain high-quality delivery and develop new and existing client relationships across the region.
  • Prepare annual budgets in the Business Forecasting Tool and develop CAPEX business cases.
  • Participate in tendering in accordance with internal governance and commercial requirements.
  • Manage direct-personnel demand and priorities.

Safety, clients, and financial monitoring

  • Investigate and report HSE incidents, analyze statistics, identify root causes, and implement recurrence-prevention strategies.
  • Work with business development teams to prioritize prospects and maintain close client-management relationships.
  • Ensure understanding of client contracting principles, deliver appropriate services, and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Conduct regular offshore, onshore, and client visits.
  • Compare monthly actual revenue with targets and monitor aged debt and DSO against group targets.
  • Promote safety, environmental and quality compliance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Set SMART objectives and KPIs for direct reports and support new-employee integration.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant management experience and demonstrable lifting-sector experience.
  • Good commercial and cost awareness.
  • Strategic understanding and ability to analyze financial information for informed decisions.
