Admissions Officer responsible for guiding prospective families from initial interest to enrollment.
The role involves welcoming families in person and virtually and working with the Principal, Senior Leadership Team, and admissions support staff.

Responsibilities
- Conduct tours and explain school programs, values, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Engage prospective families and adapt presentations to their needs.
- Collaborate with academic leadership and admissions colleagues.
- Support conversion and enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate documentation.
- Contribute to admissions data and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect with diverse families and adapt presentations.
- Customer-focused mindset and experience in sales or admissions; education-setting experience is preferred.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and admissions teams.
