Your Role
- As the first point of contact for prospective parents and students, you will:
- Welcome families with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression of Amity School.
- Guide parents through a streamlined admissions process, explaining procedures, curriculum, fee structures, and regulatory requirements.
- Organise and support with school tours, entry assessments, student interviews and ensure applications are processed promptly,
- Communicate admissions decisions promptly and manage acceptance, waitlist, and denial letters.
- Maintain accurate records of available places, waiting lists, and student databases.
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for attracting new students and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.
- Prepare reports and assist with student projections and strategic planning
- Assist in planning open days and admission events.

- A professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in database management and MS Office applications.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role in an educational setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of Ministry of Education regulations is an advantage.
