About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Admissions Counsellor to join our Dubai team. This is a hardcore telesales and online-meeting-focused role — you will be the first point of contact for prospective students (medical professionals and doctors) and will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrolments through persuasive consultation, structured follow-ups, and virtual deal-closing.If you thrive in a target-driven environment, love talking to people, and have a passion for healthcare education, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Telesales & OutreachMake high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads — doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals — to introduce and promote Medicity's training programmes.Conduct structured discovery calls to understand each prospect's clinical background, learning goals, and eligibility.Follow up persistently and professionally with warm leads across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email).
