About This Role

Job Summary

Ensure effective and efficient handling of all administrative activities, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, which include providing support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily department needs.

Job Duties

· Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.

· Ensure that all administrative activities of the department are handled correctly.

· Receive phone calls, E-mails, Faxes and answer or redirect them when needed.

· Perform travel desk activities including: visa processing, ticketing, and hotel reservation.

· draft all official correspondence letters, sort and filing mails, documents and deliveries.

· Provide clerical/administrative support, including the composition and preparation of routine correspondence and presentations using computer software applications.

· Assist in preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.

· Provide support and secretarial services such as typing, photocopying, filing, scanning and manage and maintain office files and documents.

· Take attendance of the employees and receive leaves, sick leaves.

· Schedule appointments and meetings for the upper management.

· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.

· Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.

Minimum Experience - 2 years of experience.

Language – Excellent written and spoken English

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
