About This Role
Overview
The GFRC/GFRP Production Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing the production process of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) elements.
This includes overseeing daily factory operations, ensuring product quality, improving efficiency, and coordinating with design, technical, and site teams to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities for GFRC/GFRP elements
- Ensure production targets are met in line with project schedules
- Monitor and control material usage, including cement, sand, additives, resins, and fiberglass
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet project specifications and industry standards
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for mold preparation, shop drawings, and production feasibility
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs
- Supervise mold fabrication, casting, curing, demolding, and finishing processes
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment and machinery
- Manage and train production workforce, including technicians and labor
- Coordinate with procurement for raw materials and consumables
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
