Administrative Support Associate - Retail Operations
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Support Associate (Retail Operations) to support the daily operations of our supermarket.
This position is responsible for entering vendor invoices, maintaining accurate pricing, creating promotional signage, and providing front-end cashier support when needed.

Responsibilities
- Enter vendor invoices and bills accurately into the system.
- Verify invoice details, pricing, quantities, and product information.
- Maintain and update retail pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
- Prepare and print price tags, shelf labels, and promotional signage.
- Ensure promotional signs are accurate, timely, and displayed correctly throughout the store.
- Communicate with department managers regarding pricing discrepancies or promotional changes.
- Assist with price audits to ensure pricing accuracy at the register.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to invoices and pricing.
- Provide cashier coverage during busy periods, breaks, lunches, or staffing shortages.
- Process customer transactions accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist with additional administrative and store operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, retail, bookkeeping, or supermarket experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to reconcile pricing and invoices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods when assisting as a cashier.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
