About the role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support our internal functions to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and general communication as needed,
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation, reports, and records,
- Provide general operational and logistical support to ensure smooth daily activities,
- Support the coordination of various internal tasks and initiatives,
- Assist in maintaining structured internal processes and ensuring tasks are followed through in a timely manner,
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders when needed to support ongoing activities.
- What we’re looking for:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently,
- Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset,
- Fluency in English.
- This position is open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis) only, in line with Emiratization requirements.
