About Us
Desert Man Transporting and Contracting LLC is a growing company specializing in transportation and contracting services across the UAE.
We are seeking a motivated and organized Emirati professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant and support our daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and office support duties.
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Maintain records and databases accurately.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks.
- Assist in procurement and vendor coordination when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
