About This Role

Job Description

To ensure smooth and efficient office operations by coordinating administrative activities, managing communications, and supporting multiple departments to enhance overall organizational productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and office layout.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, preparing and distributing various forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, and update databases and records.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and arrangements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • Diploma in Administration or Office Management is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative coordination or office management roles
  • Experience in managing office operations, scheduling, and documentation
  • Exposure to event coordination and travel arrangements
  • Basic experience in budget tracking and expense management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
