Job Description
To ensure smooth and efficient office operations by coordinating administrative activities, managing communications, and supporting multiple departments to enhance overall organizational productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and office layout.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events, and handle travel arrangements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, preparing and distributing various forms of correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, and update databases and records.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and arrangements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments, preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Diploma in Administration or Office Management is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- 3–5 years of experience in administrative coordination or office management roles
- Experience in managing office operations, scheduling, and documentation
- Exposure to event coordination and travel arrangements
- Basic experience in budget tracking and expense management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
