  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the department.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, telephone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Assist in processing departmental requests and follow up on pending actions.
  • Support department projects and special assignments as directed by management
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
