Overview

  • Coordination between departments and operational units to resolve administrative and operational issues on a daily basis.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other relevant activities.
  • Sending and receiving mail and packages.
  • Preparing commercial correspondence (primarily using text processing software, data scheduling, and presentation programs).
  • Sending faxes.
  • Managing files.
