Administrative Assistant

What you’ll do
- Create various documents and spreadsheets
- Research a variety of information requests
- Respond to inquiries within a given timeframe
- Develop, review, and update local operating procedures
- Set up conference rooms and provide support for visitors and in-house meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience directly related to the role
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal (including via telephone) and written formats
- Must be customer focused and quality driven
- Physical dexterity to perform the clerical functions which are inherent to the position, such as: data entry via computer keyboard, writing, operating a telephone, filing
- Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
