What you’ll do

  • Create various documents and spreadsheets
  • Research a variety of information requests
  • Respond to inquiries within a given timeframe
  • Develop, review, and update local operating procedures
  • Set up conference rooms and provide support for visitors and in-house meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience directly related to the role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal (including via telephone) and written formats
  • Must be customer focused and quality driven
  • Physical dexterity to perform the clerical functions which are inherent to the position, such as: data entry via computer keyboard, writing, operating a telephone, filing
  • Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
