Overview
We are hiring a
Secretary Cum Admin
to join our team in the UAE.
We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and experienced candidate with a strong administrative background, preferably within the
Real Estate Development
industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and secretarial operations
- Prepare and handle correspondence in both Arabic and English
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and management schedules
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and official documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Ensure proper document control and filing procedures
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Manage and update CRM systems, client records, and lead databases efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Secretary/Admin
- Previous experience in the Real Estate Development industry is mandatory
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong Arabic writing and communication skills are required
- Experience using CRM systems is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
