Key Responsibilities

· Handle daily fleet operations.

· Handle AMC Contracts, invoicing and renewals.

· Manage timely process billing/invoice processing.

· Monitor and manage all company vehicles, including maintenance schedules and servicing.

· Coordinate with service centers for repair and preventive maintenance of vehicles.

· Ensure timely vehicle registration, insurance renewals, contracts, and documentation.

· Allocate driver duties and manage transportation schedules.
