About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Tamkeen SAS Technical Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that have a meaningful impact on our clients' operations and technological advancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing technical projects, preferably within a consulting or services environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management frameworks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technical tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent project tracking software.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the project team to promote high performance and accountability.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
