About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, client engagement, and product promotion.

The Sales Executive will serve as a key representative of AL MEZOON MARBLES & GRANITES IND.

LLC, promoting our premium range of marbles and granites to architects, contractors, interior designers, and retail customers.

The position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their career within a reputable organization and contribute directly to our business expansion goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, construction, or interior design sectors.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a good understanding of market trends and customer needs.

The candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.

Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Provide detailed product information and technical specifications to clients, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Provide after-sales support and resolve any client issues promptly to foster long-term relationships.
