About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer with 4–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to finance operations using Odoo and familiarity with Saudi government portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Oversee administrative operations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and relevant platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance and administration
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government portals and compliance procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
