Overview
- Looking after general administration work.
- Performs basic Human Resources functions such as visa application, renewal & cancellations etc.
- Handling Property leased matters for rental/ arrange viewings, etc
- Co-ordinating with Maintainence Team on daily basis
- Arranging Car Pick up and drops whenever required
- Co-ordinating with Banker and Auditors for VAT/ Corporate Tax
- Making weekly Utility Payments/ Salaries etc
- Looking after day to day activities related to Accounts,Admin and Secretarial
- Filing of VAT
- Updating Entries in Quickbooks
- Co-ordinating with the Auditors for Finalisation of Balance Sheet
- Office Timing : 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM ( Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience
- administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
