Job Description

Excelconst Construction LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Admin cum Procurement Assistant to support our Engineering Team.

The role is primarily administrative and will serve as a key point of coordination between suppliers, vendors, government agencies, Accounts Department, and project sites.

Due to the nature of our work environment, we are seeking a mature and responsible professional who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations, purchases, deliveries, and documentation
  • Liaise with government agencies regarding permits, approvals, and related requirements
  • Coordinate with Accounts Department for invoices, payments, and supporting documents
  • Follow up with project sites regarding material requests and delivery status
  • Maintain and organize procurement records, files, and administrative documents
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation as required
  • Ensure timely processing and monitoring of procurement and administrative activities
  • Support the Engineering Team with general administrative and coordination tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in administrative and procurement functions, preferably within construction or engineering industry, is an advantage
  • Municipality certification or related certification is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Candidates with substantial professional experience in administrative coordination, procurement support, and handling multiple stakeholders will be highly preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrates professional maturity, accountability, and strong work ethics
  • Capable of handling a dynamic work environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

  • Admin cum Procurement Assistant: 1 year (Required)
