Excelconst Construction LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Admin – Procurement to support our Engineering Team.
The role is primarily administrative and will serve as a key point of coordination between suppliers, vendors, government agencies, Accounts Department, and project sites.
Due to the nature of our work environment, we are seeking a mature and responsible professional who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations, purchases, deliveries, and documentation
- Liaise with government agencies regarding permits, approvals, and related requirements
- Coordinate with Accounts Department for invoices, payments, and supporting documents
- Follow up with project sites regarding material requests and delivery status
- Maintain and organize procurement records, files, and administrative documents
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation as required
- Ensure timely processing and monitoring of procurement and administrative activities
- Support the Engineering Team with general administrative and coordination tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in administrative and procurement functions, preferably within construction or engineering industry, is an advantage
- Municipality certification or related certification is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Candidates with substantial professional experience in administrative coordination, procurement support, and handling multiple stakeholders will be highly preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates professional maturity, accountability, and strong work ethics
- Capable of handling a dynamic work environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- Administrative experience in construction: 3 years (Required)
