Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Events Administrator** to support our event operations.
The role involves coordinating event logistics, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for events and activations
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, invoices, and documentation
- Assist in planning and scheduling events, including timelines and logistics
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain records of bookings, contracts, and payments
- Support permit applications and approvals (malls, communities, etc.)
- Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse for event requirements
- Assist in preparing reports and post-event summaries
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or event coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event management or entertainment industry
- Familiarity with UAE event permits and processes
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation
